1.Work with external ADC teams to craft unique, high quality visual styles for multiple unannounced projects and IP’s.
2.Work with the Art Director to create style guides, visual targets, and benchmark assets.
3.Design preproduction concepts and visual development for characters, environments, and more. Follow through offsite production teams to ensure quality and consistency.
4.Self-motivated, collaborative, excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work within a team, and also with outside teams and vendors.
1.Strong foundational art skills.
2.5+ years as a professional concept artist.
3.Shipped AAA PC or Console Titles, or film/VFX experience.
4.A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to adapt to a range of styles and genres, and the ability to create memorable designs and visuals.
5.Ability to deliver consistent high quality work on an established schedule and timeline.
6.Familiarity with video game and movie IP's.
7.3D experience with Maya/Zbrush, etc. a plus.
