1. Responsible for works related to human resources in the business department. Understand and have proper insights about company’s business strategy so as to execute and help the implementation of those strategies.
2. Responsible for the recruiting work in the business department including campus recruitment and social recruitment.
3. Have in-depth understanding about the staff composition of the business department. Provide effective suggestions and solutions for related issues. Integrate resources of the internal platform. Promote development of organization and human talents.
4. Proactively interact with staff and managerial members in order to enrich the channels of communication, ensuring the smoothness of internal information delivery.
5. Pay attention to the leadership and management ability of managers as well as the cultivation, training and development and promotion of human talents.
6. Advance the cultural construction of the department and the company, creating a positive and upwards atmosphere.
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Passionate about games. Professional and experienced in recruitment.
3. Strong ability of interpersonal understanding, communication and coordination. Good at resource integration for goal accomplishment.
4. Strong ability of multi-tasking as well as multi-role serving.
5. Can work under pressure. Able to self-adjust and self-encourage. Cultivate and lead a team.
6. Good sense of responsibility and principle. Can solve complicate problems.
7. HR working experience of game industry is preferred.
8. No limit on nationality, background of having worked in a multi-culture environment is preferred.
