Job Description

• Work closely with hiring managers on the corporate team to understand hiring requirements and recruitment needs

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, and follow up) to facilitate the hire of qualified candidates

• To follow hiring processes and procedures to make sure we are legally compliant

• To work directly with the leadership team to achieve KPI and fill required positions

• To maintain recruitment channels and job portals whilst carrying out network research to source highquality candidates

• To create job descriptions and personal specifications to ensure all candidates are aware of the role and company needs are met

• To help build and manage new marketing tools and strategies for candidates to build engagement with our brand "NetEase”
