One of the NetEase essential game studios is looking to expand its team in North America. We are currently seeking a QA Lead to support the team.

- Lead in the Quality Assurance organization that provides software testing and related process expertise.
- Exhibit qualities of leadership and evangelize QA principles and philosophies.
- Agent of continuous process improvement and provide support to the Client Delivery Manager.
- Autonomous self-starter with the ability to provide succinct executive summaries of complex and/or technical matters.


- More than 5 years of solid and proven working experience in game QA, including but not limited to functional, performance, automation, and so on.
- At least 2 years of successful experience in leading, staffing, mobilizing , and developing a QA team.
- Successful experience in establishing testing pipelines and workflow from zero to one is preferred.
- Build and cultivate an environment of collaboration among team leads to align teams to overall test strategy and roadmap.
