Team-based RPG Order & Chaos: Guardians takes players through an epic conflict within the fantasy realm of Arkland
GUANGZHOU, China – (January 19th, 2024) – NetEase Games, the online games division of NetEase, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTES, HKEX: 9999), in collaboration with Gameloft, is proud to announce Order & Chaos: Guardians. The latest game in the Order & Chaos series is a team-based RPG that has players forming parties to explore the fantasy realm of Arkland and uncover the dark conspiracy taking place within. To prepare players for their epic journey, a beta will start on January 24th, 2024 in select regions exclusively on Android devices via the Google Play Store.
The Order & Chaos series kicked off with Gameloft releasing its ambitious AAA medieval fantasy MMORPG for mobile devices, Order & Chaos, in 2011. At the time, it was a true innovation in the video games industry, leaving an enormous impact, and proving epic MMORPGs are viable on handheld devices.
In Order & Chaos: Guardians, players will form adventuring parties consisting of powerful mages, skilled rangers, magical beasts, mighty warriors, and more. Heroes of different races and classes from the Order & Chaos universe – each with their own distinct basic attributes - can be recruited and cultivated through a mixture of exploring monster-filled dungeons, challenging boss battles, and fighting other player-created squads. Parties will battle enemies while players wait for the most opportune time to unleash their heroes’ most powerful abilities to further crush their opponents.
Order & Chaos: Guardians features a total of nine iconic races and six factions from the Order & Chaos series, including the popular dragon-like Kratan and joyful and fun-loving Mendel. Each race possesses distinct basic attributes, each capable of being countered or strengthened by other attributes. The strategic placement of the party’s starting line-up is crucial before entering combat as positioning heroes in a particular formation can yield significant results.
The world of Order & Chaos: Guardians has been beautifully realized with its high-quality art design, beautiful character models, in-depth MMO-style character advancement, stunning attack animations, and Pet system, all of which have been faithfully crafted to reflect the Order & Chaos series.
Order & Chaos: Guardians eschews the tedious old-style RPG experience, as players don’t need to grind for resources. With just one click, players can earn substantial rewards, even when offline. There is also a prominent social aspect to the game as players can join cross-server guilds, allowing them to communicate with fellow guild members, exchange helpful resources, and take part in friendly GvG battles.
Order & Chaos: Guardians launches on App Store and Google Play in 2024 with its beta for Android starting on January 24th, 2024. Pre-registrations are now available on the game’s official website.
