By filling and submitting your information in the following questionnaire, you understand and expressly agree that NetEase Games may:
1) collect your name, gender, age, profession, area of residency, information relating to your gaming habits; and
2) collect your email address, cell phone number, solely for the purpose of research and analysis of players and game-related service.
If you are not willing to provide any of the information, you have the right to quit this questionnaire anytime you want, and any information you have already filled in WILL NOT be collected by us unless you complete and submit this questionnaire.
We will keep your collected information secured, and delete your information upon your request, or the completion of the research project, whichever comes sooner.
